The Best of Both begins with a 60 minute full body massage that will include: hot rocks and towels, aromatherapy, and any modality or add on you feel you need for your unique, curated session. Once your massage has concluded, you will have the chance to use the restroom, hydrate, and snack with provided refreshments and food.

After the brief break, we will then begin The Crown session that will includes a 60 minutes session focusing exclusively on relaxing your shoulders, neck, and head that will leave you in a state of pure bliss. You can expect a mixture of the following modalities and tools during your session: Swedish, MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage), passive stretching, MTR (musculo-tendonal re-education), acupressure of cranial meridians, compression, cool masks, warm oil pouring (Shirodhara), warm towels and stones, several head-specific massage tools, and the halo water massage.
