MASSAGE
DURATIONS

1/2 Hour | 30 Minutes

Perfect for a targeted area (i.e. shoulder), migraine relief, injury-specific (TMJ/plantar fasciitis), or a half-body massage.
Complementing Add-ons: Cupping and/or Topicals.

3/4 Hour | 45 Minutes

Choose this if 30 minutes isn't enough but 60 minutes is too much. It allows a little more time on a targeted area such as the hips or a half-body massage.
Complementing Add-ons: Cupping, hot towels, or topicals.

1 Hour | 60 Minutes

This is a good place to start. Typically, the whole body (front and back, head to toe) or a more targeted half of the body can be worked on. If you want a whole body massage and extra attention to a portion of the body, you might consider going up to 90 minutes.

Any add on can be introduced.

1.5 Hours | 90 Minutes

Ideal for those who want their full body worked on and extra attention given to certain spots.
Perfect for multiple add-ons.

2 Hours | 2.5 Hours| 3 Hours

Times greater than 1.5 Hours should only be booked if you’re experienced with massage. Proper preparation, aftercare, and strong client/therapist relationship are crucial to a positive experience. Restroom, hydration and snack breaks are worked into the session.
