ACUPRESSURE

Meridian points (acupoints) are cleared with Qi, Moxibustion, and other tools or topicals to restore and balance the body's energy channels and regulate the body's opposing forces (yin and yang).

PREGNANCY

Every expecting mother’s body goes through dramatic changes during pregnancy. Common focuses of this modality are enhancing the function of muscles and joints, improving circulation and general body tone, and relieving mental and physical fatigue. You can expect a decrease in inflammation and pain and improvement in sleep, mood, and digestion.

Cold Therapy
Dry Brushing

POSTPARTUM

Taking care of your body as it recovers from delivery (and the whole pregnancy) is just as important as taking care of it during your pregnancy. Massage can greatly improve postpartum hormone balance, decrease swelling and fluids, ease neck, back, and pelvic pain, decrease headaches, and not to mention give you a sense-of-self again by doing something for you and fulfilling (however small) the need for self-care and to be nurtured. You’re more than welcome to bring your new addition (or don’t) to your message! You can still receive a massage regardless of vaginal or cesarean delivery and if you’re breastfeeding. The presence of barrier sheets, change of cloth sheets, and sanitization of table are standard between ALL clients.
